Michelle Marie Diaz has emerged as one of the nation's foremost fitness professionals through a combination of both formal training and real-life experience.

She began paying attention to her health and fitness at the early age of five when she was chosen as an extra in the movie "The Four Seasons." Soon thereafter her modeling career took off and so did her search to find answers for attaining physical beauty in a balanced manner.

After a decade of trial and error, Michelle's frustration only fueled her desire to find the answers to creating a beautiful and healthy body. Although it required her to work six days every week when she was fifteen, Michelle hired a personal trainer and worked every single hour to pay her trainer. This is when her passion for fitness began. Her intense desire to learn grew more and more with each passing day. She immersed herself in books, courses and seminar, and she attained many highly regarded certifications including:

  • National Strength & Conditioning Association's Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)
  • National Strength & Conditioning Association's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS)
  • Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition. The CISSN is the premier certification in the field of sports nutrition and supplements.
  • Muscle Activation Specialist
  • Took RTS 6-Month Course (Resistance Training Specialist)
  • AFAA Personal Trainer Certification
  • Fitness Institute Exercise Science Certification
  • Fitness Institute Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification

  • Funkicks Kickboxing Certification
  • DSW Fitness Pregnancy & Strength Training

After years of searching for answers and positively impacting hundreds of her clients' bodies and lives, Michelle created her formula for attaining feminine fitness beauty. A solution she has named "BALANCE".

Balance is defined as a state of equilibrium. In Michelle's terms it is defined as a state of physical, emotional, and spiritual equilibrium, where living a healthy and fit life is enjoyable and not a task. Where you look and feel at your best without feeling like you are “on a diet”, and when you are at a place of self confidence and it doesn’t feel like it was hard work.

Being a woman is difficult. From the pressure of looking good in a wedding gown, to being a fit pregnant woman, to having a rockin’ post-partum body, to being a super fit “mom”, to being a hot “menopausal” woman, it’s hard. But Michelle was born with the GIFT OF INFLUENCING! And her vision and mission in life is to positively influence the lives of women no matter what stage of their life they are in, to live a BALANCED healthy and fit life. 

Each one of the stages of a woman’s life is difficult and Michelle is determined to help women all over the world feel and look good while going through all these stages.

Michelle has spent the last 13 years changing the lives of people from all walks of life. She has worked with professional athletes like Kim Herring and Will Allen, as well as professional athletes wives like Katina Taylor (Jason Taylor’s wife), Maritza Thomas (Zach Thomas wife), Dany Johnson (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s wife), Rashonda Allen (Will Allen’s wife), Natasha Anderson (Kenny Anderson's wife), Sandi Mare (Olindo Mare’s wife), Rachel Ireland (Jeff Ireland's wife). She has also worked with housewives, mothers, teenagers, single women, brides, women with eating disorders, and obese women who were searching for fitness, health and wellness.

Michelle’s passion in life is helping people feel and look their best. She finds joy in helping people reach THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL, and doing it in a manner that is comfortable, in which they ENJOY THE JOURNEY.
