Banana-Chip Protein Bread

Bread and Healthy don't really go in the same sentence.......

Except for this amazing Healthy Banana Bread that I made.  Its ridiculously good.  So good, that words can't even explain.........  You just have to make it.

I received a great package of amazing healthy products from Bob's Red Mill, so I was super excited to play around in the kitchen and make some yummy stuff.  

Well, yummy it was!  And I can't wait to share it with you.

I get so excited about sharing yummy healthy food with you because I want you to understand how much better results you will get when you DON'T feel DEPRIVED.  And you don't have to feel deprived just because you are "Eating Healthy".

Quite the contrary, and that is why I am totally dedicated to giving you so many healthy recipes that are tasty and enjoyable.  You can find a lot of them on My Pinterest Boards, so make sure to "follow" them.

That is also why I wrote my book Eat To Be Fit, filled with over 300 healthy recipes.  To show people that you can eat incredibly delicious meals and not feel like you are dieting.  Thats the trick to getting amazing results.

So I hope this motivates you to try this recipe and even more recipes.  You won't regret it!

Ok, check out this amazing recipe for Banana Chip Bread.  I used Whole Wheat Pastry Flour which I never really use, but I'm so glad Bob's Red Mill sent it to me.  It gives great consistency and flavor!

By the way there is also a Strawberry Bread in My Eat To Be Fit Healthy Recipes Book that is simply to die for.  You are going to love it!

Banana Chip Protein Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (Bob's Red Mill)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup Dream Coconut, Almond Chia Milk

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup agave nectar

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 mashed bananas

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

4 tbsp chocolate chips dairy and gluten free (Dream)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the milk, lemon juice, extract and agave.  Fold in the flour and vanilla protein powder.  Add in the chocolate chips and fold well.  Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until done.

I hope you enjoy this recipe.  Its great for an on the go Healthy Snack and also for a quick breakfast.  Make it, leave it in your fridge and enjoy it all week.  Remember, being prepared is key to getting great results.  

So make this, and look for another recipe on here and make 2 snack recipes and you will be all set and prepared with on the go snacks for the entire week.
