    Pregnancy Diet Snack Coco-Oat Bites

    Life is BUSY! I know! Trying to juggle work, kids ( if you have more), hubby, home, cooking, on top of being pregnant is no easy task. And what I find, is that most women let go of their health and fitness because it's so overwhelming. But there is no more important time to focus on your health and fitness than during PREGNANCY.

    The good news is that it doesn't have to be overwhelming. You a still be healthy and fit while pregnant. All you need is some strategies, some quick and easy recipes like the one I am going to give you today and you are all set.

    Where there is a WILL,  there is a WAY.

    My friend, if you really want to be fit and healthy, you can do it. And I am here to help you along the way because I know the benefits of being healthy during your pregnancy. If you don't know, check them out here: Benefits of Exercise during Pregnancy.

    I exercised during both my pregnancies. I did my Fit Mom-to-Be Workouts and I only gained 20 lbs. during each one, and I lost all my baby weight in less than 1 month. It sounds crazy, but it's not. And I know this because I work with thousands upon thousands of pregnant women who do my Fit Mom-to-Be Workouts also and get the same results. Of course, they eat healthy as well, but don't worry, I am going to give you tons of tips to help you eat healthy too, because it isn't just beneficial for you, it's good for your BABY as well.

    The hardest part for most women is the cooking and eating healthy. But don't worry, I have tons of amazingly easy and delicious healthy recipes to help you during your pregnancy. But before I just give you a recipe, let me give you something even more valuable.

    I'm going to give you a NUTRITION GUIDE with exactly what to eat, all the RECIPES, good SNACK OPTIONS, etc. So that you can get an idea of how you should be eating during your pregnancy so that you can be healthy, be creating the best possible environment for your baby, and so that you don't gain EXCESS WEIGHT so that you are not super uncomfortable all during your pregnancy and feeling huge and self-conscious. And so that you can lose all your baby weight fast postpartum.

    Today's recipe is ridiculously simple, quick and easy to make. So please, try it. And make sure you come back on my blog and tell me what you thought of it. Seriously you may not believe how good these are. They melt in you  mouth and leave you so happy.

    They are great for those "SWEET CRAVINGS", but they are actually good for you. They are insane :)

    It's a great healthy recipe to make a brunch ahead of time and use for a quick and healthy snack. Also, it's a gluten-free recipe...Whoo Hoo!

    Pregnancy Diet Healthy Recipe for Coco- Oat Bites

     Ingredients:

    1 cup Oatmeal ( I use Red Bobs Mill Gluten- Free Quick oats)

    1/2 cup Almond Butter

    2 Tbsp Agave

    1 cup Shredded coconut flakes unsweetened

    1/4 cup Chia seeds

    1/4 cup Hemp seeds

    2-3 Tbsp chocolate chips

    1 tsp vanilla or coconut extract (either is delicious)

    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate for ~30 minutes and then roll into little balls and chill on a baking sheet in the fridge. Keep them refrigerated.
