Crunchy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies - Healthy Snack

Crunchy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies-Healthy Snack

I know I know........  Another chocolate chip cookie...... LOL

I just can't get enough!  I have to keep making them and tweaking them until I find the best ones.  And let me tell you this one is a winner.  Its delicious! The taste is amazing, the texture is awesome and all the ingredients are good for you.

I have something that is going to make your life so much easier....... Its a shopping list for your pantry, fridge and freezer.

If you stock up this way,you will have everything you need to lose weight, gain lean muscle and  you will be able to pretty much make any of my recipes, get it here:  HEALTHY SHOPPING LIST

That is what I love about healthy recipes like this.  Its almost hard to believe that a cookie this good can be good for you. But the truth is that it is!  Don't you love healthy cookie recipes.  I love that I can feel like I am indulging in something but it really is good for you.

Eating these helps me "EAT CLEANER". Believe it or not.  Especially on the weekends when most people give themselves some EXTRA slack and eat MORE "off the diet".  If I eat one or two of these cookies, I'm good, I don't feel the need to eat something that is NOT good for me.  And even for afternoon snacks, you know that time of day that you get tired and sleepy and something COMFORTING sounds really good.  Well, with a healthy snack like this, you can actually eat something yummy and comforting without "MESSING UP YOUR DIET".

By the way, I find that a lot of people's results and lack of weight loss happens because of the "CHEAT MEALS or DAYS".  I tell you all about how you can control those so you can still enjoy food but not mess with your results here:  Controlling Cheat Days!

Another huge point that people are missing the mark on is the types of foods they are eating.

There are some foods that may not seem "so fattening", but they are very inflammatory foods.  Inflammation in the digestive track makes it incredibly hard for your body to burn fat.  So no matter what you do or what you eat or how many times a week you exercise, you will not lose weight.

This is so important and makes such a huge impact on your results that I decided to compile these foods into a PDF for you.  So go to the following link where you can download this information for free.  I also added a list of 5 Foods that are NECESSARY for you to include in your diet if you want to LOSE WEIGHT and GET TONED, its the foods you should consume daily.

I also took the liberty to share with you a short video of my favorite 5 ABS EXERCISES.  The ones that have gotten me ABS after having 2 kids (daughter is 18 months) and I never had them before.  Here is the link so you can download the PDF and get the VIDEO.  Start applying it right now.  Take those 5 foods out of your KITCHEN immediately!  LINK TO PDF & VIDEO

And then, make a PLAN!

Having a plan is half the battle when it comes to losing weight and getting fit.  If you have a nutrition plan and a workout plan and you are consistent with it.  The results will amaze you!  That is why I created my Be Fit Moms Meal Plan & Workout Program.  Because so many women were always telling me that they don't know what the right combinations of food are in order to be able to lose weight.  They don't know what to cook and how to make it healthy.  They are tired of eating the same bland and boring "diet foods" and they ended up just binge eating after a few weeks of "dieting".

All the ladies that are doing My BeFit Moms Program and following my DETAILED meal plan and recipes say they are loving it.  They are loving the meals, snacks and getting great results.  I love it when they say they are eating more than ever and losing weight. LOVE IT!

You would love My BeFit Moms Program, :)

Anyhow, I hope you try this healthy cookie recipe.  Especially if you like chocolate chip cookies...... This may become one of your favorites!  And if you want more recipes, check out My Eat To Be Fit Healthy Recipes Book, you can download it INSTANTLY and have access to over 300 Healthy Recipes.  And they are all soooo yum!

Here is the recipe, enjoy!

I have tons more healthy cookie recipes and they are all nice and organized for you on My Pinterest Page.  So go there now and hit FOLLOW ALL so that you can have easy access to it and never miss another yummy recipe like this.  My Blueberry Chip Recipe is on there, and you may simply die if you try it. You will not even believe its so healthy!

I also post on Facebook every time I create a new recipe or workout or have some new fat loss strategy.  So make sure you LIKE the page also so that we can stay in contact.  I also love answering questions, taking request and just chatting it up with all my peeps.  So make sure to connect with me there too :)

Crunchy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, mashed

1/3 cup almond butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp Agave nectar

3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

1 cup quick cooking oats (I use Bob's Red Mill)

1/2 cup almond meal (I use Bob's Red Mill)

1 cup Brown Rice Cereal (Gluten-Free)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use PROGRADE)

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp chocolate chips gluten and dairy free (I use DREAM)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.  Then mix in the oats, almond meal, baking soda and cinnamon, and protein powder and mix well.  Fold in the cereal and chocolate chips.  Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in little spoonfulls.  My batter made 15 cookies.  Bake for 15 minutes.

These are absolutely delicious.  I love that there is a little crunch to them.  And every single ingredient is healthy and good for you! So give them a try and next time you have a CRAVING........ have one of these instead of something that is not good for you.  I promise, it will satisfy your craving!

HOORAY!!!!!! I think all of you ladies did such a finsattac job that everyone is 100% worthy of first place. No doubt Holly you had an excruciatingly difficult task to narrow down the participants to a list of 9 finalists. And everyone who voted definitely had ONE TOUGH JOB to pick just one. Congratulations Lacy, Samaria and Kathy

Superb blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers?
I'm hoping to start my own blog soon but I'm a little lost on everything.

Would you suggest starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for
a paid option? There are so many options out there that I'm totally confused ..
Any ideas? Thanks!
