Easy Healthy Breakfast Ideas & Recipes

Do you eat the same thing for breakfast every day?  

Maybe I should slow my self down, and ask if you even have breakfast?  

Actually, I don’t even wanna hear it!  

But if you don’t, I hope after today, you will!

Breakfast is a very important meal, well, every meal is important.  But after sleeping for 6-9 hours a night, your body hasn’t been doing too much work.  So it is important to eat as soon as you wake up so that your metabolism can jump start your caloric burn for the day.  Remember, that WHEN YOU EAT, YOU BURN CALORIES!!  So I am going to give you some "quick and healthy recipes" that you can use to get you going.


I have spoken to a ton of people who feel like to lose weight, you have to eat oatmeal and egg whites every day.  Though oatmeal and egg whites is a great breakfast, it is not the end all be all!  Check out these "quick recipes" for breakfast and you will love them.

But before I give them to you, I need to make sure that you know a few things.  Because if you are not eating the proper things and you are consuming foods that are very inflammatory, you will not get results no matter what you try to do.  So let me share with you a list that I compiled of the 5 FOODS that you should absolutely get rid of in your diet if you would like to see any kind of results.  Because eating these foods cause so much inflammation in your digestive system that its close to impossible to lose weight.  I also have a list of 5 FOODS that are crucial for you to include in your diet if you want to be able to burn fat and build lean muscle.  I will give these PDF lists to you for FREE and a video with what I have found to be the 5 BEST ABS EXERCISES.  The ones that I have done to get ABS that I never had before (after 2 babies).  Go to this link to get all of this for FREE: PDF & ABS Video



Here are a few ways to change up your egg whites:


• Omelet with veggies
• Scrambled egg whites with veggies and melted cottage cheese
• Hard boiled egg whites chopped up with avocado, onions and cilantro
• Egg Quiche Muffins (bake in a muffin pan the eggwhites, veggies, and fat-free cheese), Yum!

Read below, I’m going to give you an awesome quick recipes to make a ton of omelets super fast.

Here are a few ideas to change up the oatmeal:

  • Make it with almond milk.
  • Add protein powder to it.
  • Add fresh or freeze-dried berries.
  • Add some almonds, chia seeds or flax meal.
  • Make an Oatmeal Pancake with it.
  • Make an Oatmeal Casserole with it.
  • Make Protein Muffins with it.

So, yes this would be the most optimal breakfast, but here are a few others that are also great, maybe not for everyday, but they are good options. This is what I teach my online coaching clients. And I find its the hardest thing to accomplish.  Most people have such a strong mind set that you have to eat barely nothing and bland and boring in order to see results.

Quick Healthy Breakfast Ideas

  • Egg Mc Muffin:  Gluten-Free English muffin with egg white omelet and avocado.
    Gluten-Free Waffles (ex:  Vans): its yummy with real fruit preserves and cottage cheese.  Sounds weird, but YUMMY!
    Egg whites and a bowl of cream of wheat
    Egg whites and a bowl of grits
    Protein powder blended with oats and cinnamon or almond butter.
  • Egg white Sandwich with Gluten-Free Toast
  • Sunny Side Up Eggs with Avocado.
  • Protein Smoothie

You get the picture! You can still eat healthy, but eat something different all the time!  Enjoy what you eat!  I certainly do!  I love to eat, but that is because I can do so in a healthy and delicious and NOT BORING way!

Try this "Quick Recipe"- Omelet in a Bag:

Whisk however many egg whites you want with a splash of fat-free non-dairy milk. (depending on how many omelets you want to make).  I’ve made up to 5 for the week at a time.
Chop a bunch of veggies.  Ex:  peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, broccoli, squash, zucchini, etc.
Have a few shredded fat-free cheeses
Ziplock bags (however many omelets you want)
Boil a big pot with water.
Fill the little bags with egg whites, and each bag with whatever veggies and cheese you want.  You can make them all the same or all different.
Zip it up and put then in the boiling pot of water.  Wait about 5-7 minutes, and take them out.  They will look like little burritos.  So yummy!  So Fast!  NO FAT!
