Whew, is it hot here in South Florida!
I just got done filming a few workout videos for My YouTube Channel. Did you know that people watch more YouTube than they do TV?
Anyhow, I just finished some great workout and exercise videos and when I came inside I was famished. Hmmmm what can I whip up in just a few minutes? Hmmmmm what am I craving..................... For some unknown reason NUTELLA came to my mind.
So I used Katie as inspiration (she has amazing recipes), remember I interviewed her? If you didn't get it, check it out here...... Chococlate Covered Katie. And her is what I came up with....... A NUTELLA Oatmeal Protein Cake. Need I say more?
Before I give you this delicious and healthy recipe, I want you to see a point here. It literally took me minutes to assemble this healthy snack. I popped it in the oven and by the time I showered and got dressed, it was waiting for me, warm, chocolaty and yummy.
