The other day one of my awesome clients asked me "Michelle, what can I have for dessert after dinner"?
My response is the same as it normally is.............
You don't need DESSERT after dinner. Really, that is just a bad HABIT that you have to get over. And if you spend 2 weeks without "dessert", you will get used to it and not feel the NEED for something sweet after dinner.
And I really do feel this way. If you are eating enough throughout the day, there is no reason why your body "NEEDS" something sweet after you just ate a full meal. So my goal is to teach my clients to eat enough in each meal and not let too many hours go by without eating a small healthy meal. Because when more than 3 hours go by without eating, you have LOW BLOOD SUGAR, and guess what your body NEEDS then?
Yup, SUGAR! So PREVENT that by eating a small meal every few hours.
I know thats a bit harsh, but hey if you want results and you want a lean and toned body, thats what it takes.
Does that mean you should NEVER have something SWEET?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Come on...... You know me better by now! Thats why I share all these yummy recipes with you. But you have to make sure you eat them at the right times and that you are not OVER EATING.
So today, I want to share with you a healthy recipe that is delicious and every ingredients is good for you, but unlike most of my recipes, it does not have protein in it. Nico and I have eaten this as a snack the last few days in the afternoon as a healthy treat and No..... I don't feel bad about it. I eat protein in all my other meals and I feel great about all the healthy ingredients in it.
Notice, I did not eat this as a dessert after a whole meal. I ate this as a snack! I just want you to use these recipes wisely.
Ok, enough about all this, time to try this recipe. Now this is so good, I NEED you to make it ASAP. And then I would LOVE if you took a PICTURE with your PHONE, and POST IT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE and tell me what you and your family thought of it. By next MONDAY, I will choose the best picture and give that person a FREE MICHELLE MARIE FIT GIFT.
By the way, before I give you the recipe, I just want to give you some tips that will help you if you are trying to lose weight, get leaner, get more definition, feel more energy, get healthier, and more toned.
Because it’s not just about cooking even though it’s a big part of it.
I have found that a lot of people are “STUCK” with their weight loss because they are eating some of the wrong foods.
So I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list. Because if you are, it can be completely SABOTAGING your results. Yes, it can totally be true that you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy (as you think), but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT. The reason is because these foods though some may think are healthy or not so bad, are actually very inflammatory.
5 Foods To Never Eat
Inflammation in the digestive track makes it incredibly hard if not impossible to burn fat. So in order to be able to burn fat so you can lose weight effectively, its crucial that you take these foods out of your diet.
This is so important and makes such a huge impact on your results that I decided to compile these foods into a PDF for you. So go to the following link where you can download this information for free. I also added a list of 5 Foods that are NECESSARY for you to include in your diet if you want to LOSE WEIGHT and GET TONED.
Foods that you should eat daily!
I also took the liberty to share with you a short video of my favorite 5 ABS EXERCISES. The ones that have gotten me ABS after having 2 kids (daughter is 15 months) and I never had them before. Here is the link so you can download the PDF and get the VIDEO. Start applying it right now. Take those 5 foods out of your KITCHEN immediately! LINK TO PDF & VIDEO
