3. What if I don’t know how to do the exercises?
All the exercises in your workouts are in my Virtual Exercise Library CD Rom (which you get with your program). Insert it in your computer and you will have over 100 exercises with pictures of how to perform the exercises and detailed descriptions on how to do them.
4. What if I don’t have a gym membership?
You don’t need a gym. You can do all the exercises from home with a pair of dumbbells, a stability ball and a tubing band.
5. Will I “Get Big” with these workouts?
NOPE! These workouts are designed to burn fat and sculpt long and lean and defined muscles that are feminine.
6. What do I do after 6 months?
Repeat it! Yep, you can totally repeat it. Every workout is totally different so starting from the beginning will be a good change for your body and it will be very effective to start and build up again. As far as the meals, there are very few repeat recipes, so imagine just repeating a few recipes once or twice a year. Thats like eating out all the time and choosing a different meal.
