A Healthy Recipe For Your Healthy Eating Plan

Today, a client told me she could not stick to the eating program because she was tired of eating the same food!  She needs this healthy cook book!  I would be annoyed also, if I was eating grilled chicken with a plain sweet potato, and steamed broccoli.  Wait, hold on, she was also eating ground turkey, brown rice, and asparagus.  Oh and she was also eating tuna with salad!
