Pregnancy Exercises: Thighs and Butt

Every single pregnant woman should exercise throughout her entire pregnancy.  I wonder if women understand all the benefits of exercising during pregnancy.  If they did, I think more women would exercise while pregnant.  But anyhow, I know that some women are just afraid and they don't know what exercises they can do while they are pregnant.  So today, I am going to give you a few exercises that you can do while pregnant that will help you keep your hips, thighs and butt in shape.  I know this is the biggest concern for us women as there is nothing we can do about our hips widening.  But we can do something about our thighs expanding and our booties growing.  Make sure to do these exercises and you will keep you lower body in check during pregnancy.

Just in case you don't know what some of the benefits of exercising during pregnancy are, here is a review.

Benefits of Exercising During Pregnancy:

Ok, without further due, here are the exercises that you can do during pregnancy to work your hips, thighs and butt.

Pregnancy Exercises For The Lower Body:

  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Reverse, Stationary or Walking Lunges
  • Seated Leg Curl
  • Step Ups
  • Stability Ball Hip Extensions
  • Lateral Lunges
  • Stability Ball Leg Curls
  • Plie Squats
  • Supine Stability Ball Hip Extensions
  • Leg Extensions
  • Cable Kicks

You see, there are plenty of pregnancy exercises that you can do to work your thighs and butt and keep them tight and toned during your entire pregnancy.  And there are more exercises that you can do and there are a ton of upper body pregnancy exercises as well.  So, my prego friend, get your butt to the gym and try some of these exercises.  I promise it will be worth it.
