Toned Arms Pregnancy Exercises

I was thinking of Jessica Simpson and her pregnancy because I saw her in a weight watchers commercial the other day.  And I thought to myself........"What a shame, such a beautiful girl, and she used pregnancy as a chance to over eat and lose herself".  It really is a shame because pregnancy is such a beautiful thing and it can be so enjoyable, but with 80lbs extra weight, who can enjoy anything?  That is why I think pregnancy workouts and a healthy nutrition are crucial during this time.  Not only is is good for you but it is great for the baby.    I have hundreds of moms doing My Pregnancy Workouts, and getting amazing results.  It really is so worth it, and you will feel amazing.

Most women hide their arms while pregnant, but no need to do that anymore, here is a great little pregnancy workout that will help you have toned arms.  And if you need help with the lower body, here are some prenatal exercises that you can do to help you strengthen and tone the lower body which will also help you with delivery.  If you want more pregnancy workouts and exercises, you can check them out on My Pinterest Board For Pregnancy.  There are tons of stuff for you to look over there.

Toned Arms Pregnancy Workout

A1.  20 Hammer Curls

A2.  20 Dips

A3.  20 Bicep Curls

A4.  20 Triceps Pulldowns

Repeat for a total of 3 Sets with 60-90 seconds rest in between.
