As most wedding dresses seem to be strapless these days (mine was long sleeve lol).
Bride Workout For Lean Arms
A1. 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
A2. 20 Dips
A3. 20 Dumbbell Bicep Curls
Burpees for 60 Seconds
Repeat 3 times
