  • Upper Body Workout For Women & Toning

    Don't worry, be at ease that this kind of workout will NOT make you big. This is the kind of workout you do when you want muscle tone and definition.   It will get you lean and toned, so that you look like you workout :) It's important to work your entire body as well not just the upper body.
