    Pregnancy Exercises For The Lower Body & Core  Nobody tells you that after you have your little bundle of joy and fully enjoy your pregnancy to the max (by eating the 10 months away), that you end up having a pregnant looking pooch for months and the hips......... oh my! I remember before I had my first baby when I would see friends a few months postpartum and thought to myself, oh my goodness, I sure hope that doesn't happen to me.

    Every single pregnant woman should exercise throughout her entire pregnancy.  I wonder if women understand all the benefits of exercising during pregnancy.  If they did, I think more women would exercise while pregnant.
