WEDDING DIET SAMPLE MENU Wedding Diet Day 1: Breakfast:  Vanilla Protein Powder, Smuckers Sugar-Free Preserves and Oatmeal blended together. Mid-morning:  Oatmeal and Egg white pancake. Lunch: Grilled Chicken breast with BBQ sauce, a sweet potato with fat-free sour cream and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
